I had a bad fall from the boat onto the pontoon and the harbour master was most kind and caring, showing great concern. Altogether, in spite of the fall, a most enjoyable stay. Thank you, harbour master and friends.
Loved our two nights moored in the yacht station Martin the harbour master is a lovely fella and so welcoming Beccles is a beautiful village to explore, we will be back for sure
It’s a lovely area set in the middle of parklands so ideal for the children when off the boat . Toilet facilities available and a deli and ice cream parlour also . Electric hook ups available as well . All in all very well looked after quayside well worth a visit from land or water.
Crowded and a bit mucky, but a nice town to visit. There are showers, toilets and laundry at the Yacht Station.
Really pretty little yacht station. Town side has water and power other bank just water. Doesn't accept BA electric cards, you pay for your electric card when you moor. Short walk into Beccles where there are great pubs and restaurants in a pretty little market town.
Superb mooring spot, helpful and friendly attendant, loads of water points, clean toilets, short walk to town center, playground, ice cream and dog walks aplenty!
Lovely little cafe by the water, with ducks to feed a playground and free parking, what's not to love. Not the most accessible in a wheelchair propelling myself but with help I got round. When work is finished hopefully this will change to make park accessible too
