Beauty Cuts is an excellent Salon. Ì would defiantly recommend them. I've been having my hair done there for quite a while now. Ì have never had a need to complain.

just over 18mths ago i had the worse ever cut and colour, over processed hair wonky cut and orange hair instead of blonde, went in with shoulder length hair and came out with hair above my ears too short to do anything about , done by the owner herself . complained and went back to apt she made for me so she could put it rite only to be told by staff that she had gone home...... owner is a joke.... hairdresser I use now in Lawley just round the corner from her that has had to fix her mess says she has several new customers from there after their bad experiences .... avoid if you care about your hair - its taken a long time to get my hair back into a good condition and length to start to get confidence back . she responded to me that she informs all her staff to fix problems when clients complain - a professional would not make such appalling mistakes in the first place ...

I've always left a happy customer I would recommend this place to anyone I'm a young male, my sister also goes here and she was speechless on how good they are. What makes it even better is how reasonable the price is to get your hair cut from here to some other places.

Very pleased with my first visit .staff were very nice  and friendly made me feel very welcome , I will certainly be going back and I would recommend the to anyone.
