Great hairdressers hadn't had a haircut since the start of covid. The stylist Sophie helped me decide on a style she was friendly and very professional. I came out feeling a million dollars. With the shop being in such a good location I was able to shop and finish my morning on coffee and cake. What a treat.
Terrible. My wife booked online what she wanted which priced at £40 which was £20 there and then online and £20 after the cut. When finished she was charge another 40 onto of the 20 she already paid. £60 for some layers and a trim is absolutely outrageous. She showed the stylist multiple pictures of what she would like done or similar and that she liked her fringe long. So she’s cut a short full fringe in, the opposite of what she wanted doing. Her hair looks nothing like how she wanted. And also told her that she had put in a conditioner treatment that she didn’t ask for which apparently cost£10 itself. My wife is too nice and polite to say anything but I would have refused to pay extra for something I did not ask for! If you’re smart you’ll avoid this place as they’re rip offs that do whatever they want with your hair ignoring your requests but charging you twice as much anyway!!
Well my second appointment here and it will be the last.The booking of the appointment was terrible, the lady had no idea what she was doing then got my appointment time wrong anyway. My stylist was very nice however I was staggerd at the price.My mistake as I should have checked first.For half head foils,a conditioning treatment that I had not asked for,a little trim and blow dry was £122 ! No straightners to finish and I had to ask for serum and hairspray.Very over priced to be honest.Also no toilets and not able to offer a drink. So will not be returning.Service: Hair coloring

Dropped into book at 12:30 was told 45 pounds and first availible appointment 16:15, booked online and was 39 pounds and first appointment 13:15, found one member of staff unhelpful unfriendly, the cut wash and cut was very good and not rushed and would use again but will certainly check online firstService: Hairstyling
Awful place. I can understand how they get 5 stars for cuts and blowfly’s. But I went in for a balayage, showed them my picture with the colour and style although the end result I got was completely different. I don’t think the stylists actually listen and just stick to the same styles there used to. They bleached my hair which just left blonde highlights through my black hair, even though I asked for a balayage which was suppose to be a gradual fade into brown. I was obviously shocked because it was nothing like what I had shown and asked for. So she added toner to get rid of the blonde which then turned the highlights orange, it looked so ridiculous but she was adamant it looked good. She then tried to make me buy the toner, and after I said I wasn’t really interested, she was funny with me. Would not recommend, there’s a reason you can get an appointment so quick, go anywhere else.Service: Hair coloring
I should be giving this salon zero star but the receptionist was really nice and accommodating that she deserves a star herself. I asked if it was possible to have a haircut. The receptionist says yes. However, one stylist or hairdresser just walk out of the door presumably to go home. The receptionist called her as there was another customer which was me. She came back but by golly…. She was in a right mood, and didn’t she show it! She was so miserable and rude edging into being disgusted by just cutting my hair. She was definitely wasn’t happy that she had to stay to cut my hair. She was in such a hurry the I left the salon with hair all over my neck and ears. That experience cost me £27, thank you very much! Customers shouldn’t have to suffer if the stylist is in a bad mood.
Made an appointment with Laura, turned up to be told she wasn’t working that day and my appointment was with someone else. Was assured she was an amazing colourist. Showed previous photos of colour of my hair I liked. Was persuaded to have roots done rather than highlights which I have been having for 20 years as would be healthier for my hair. Stylist twice put on toner as she said my hair had pink tones. Hair colour came out lilac/ash grey rather than light blonde. Two stylists tried to persuade me I was wrong. I said not acceptable. I had specifically told them no ash blonde. Just because you tell me something doesn’t make it true. Therefore they used a chemical wash to remove toner then 3rd toner put on. Hair finished looking ugly but not lilac. Took them more than 4 hrs. I said I am very unhappy, cold from sitting with wet hair at sink for 3 hrs, hungry as past lunchtime and needing the loo, was told they would escort me to toilet if I needed it! Cheek! Woke up this morning and my hair looks peach tones. Awful. Frazzled and much much worse than before I entered the salon. Avoid at all costs.
