I received exceptional service and a complete makeover. A great treat; a head massage and four hours of pampering. Laura - Technical THANK YOU❤️ I've never had foil roots so close and natural. Georgia - Stylist A WOW; the compliments I've received.... 😍 I felt no pressure and supported with a directional layered shoulder cut, which is so easy to manage and has taken 15 years off me in age! From my waist length hair - so outdated for me personally. THANK YOU I'm not sure why there are bad reviews I've been looking to change Salon and I've passed many times - ALL of the staff make you welcome and we live with our hair 24/7 it's worth making oneself Stylish, Healthy and having Confidence. from TONY & GUY Telford I've achieved this. EXCELLENT - I WILL BE A REGULAR X

Yaz and Serena are brilliant hairdressers who have recently joined this salon. I transferred to this salon from another branch of Toni & Guy very recently as Yaz, my regular hairdresser moved to this branch. I was really pleased with both my haircut and the salon itself and would highly recommend this salon to others.

My experience from the m omen i walked it was bad. The girl(Sophie only looked at my hair once and got about cutting it. She was distracted by what was going on around her and didn't even look at what she was doing. I have never seen any body cut hair with one hand. She did. Really disappointed . I will never return, not even for her to correct it. One its to short to do anything with and two even when told how disappointed I was she didn't flinch. Hair was uneven. Customer care rubbish ;-( Sissors when not cutting where left hanging around in front of my eyes (she will take someones eyes out before something is done about her) Rubbish hair cut worst in 30 odd years. Hair will grow back but I will never forget this experience and will tell everyone i know to be aware
