I called asking to get a refill on my Oway shampoo and conditioner. I set a date and time with the owner to come in. I arrived and she said the hair technician had accidentally taken the main bottle home with her in her bag…. That’s was fine - things happen. We scheduled to meet again in a few days - Sunday afternoon - the owner Julie would come in specially for this even though the salon is not not normally open then . So I left my empty bottles with her and we agreed to speak on Sunday. I called and no answer all day. I have been calling all week and left 3 messages. Very unprofessional and … confusing?? Did she just want my bottles?   EDIT: I left my phone number in 2 of 3 messages. I didn’t think I needed to leave it all 3 times. It’s also very odd how it took you only an hour to respond to this review but you couldn’t pick up your phone for a week….  Can I get my bottles back at least? ‍

This place is legit a hidden gem tucked away in streetsville. I got a haircut today with Hasmik and she went above and beyond! I showed her a tiktok of what I wanted, and she DELIVERED!!! She was also very reassuring and asked me before she cut off any length of hair which I find very professional imo. I am SO pleased with the cut she gave me. Julie, the owner of the salon, is also a sweetheart. She was very welcoming and I enjoyed talking to her. I highly recommend  this place and will def be going back! I have been calling for three days to leave a message for an appointment for a haircut.  Thursday, Friday and Saturday There have been no return phone calls. I am starting to wonder if this is a legitimate business. I too had a Groupon voucher but I did not state this in my voice mail just in case they were avoiding my call because of it. How unprofessional not to answer the calls when the phone rings or not to call back after leaving a message. Is this business a front for something else. Very odd.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I went to the Organic Boutique for the first time and noticed the wonderful attention to detail to the French decor upon arrival. There is a great vibe within the space and you immediately feel relaxed. I had a great pedicure done by Myriam, thoroughly enjoyed it and my pedicure looked amazing for 4 weeks!  Myriam is a kind and gentle person and very good at what she does! The products used are organic and of excellent quality. Will definitely be going back for more!

I have been going to this salon for more than 15 years. Not only is this the #1 salon for quality of service in Mississauga/Streetsville, the owner Vanessa is one of the most exceptional people I have ever known. The Organic Beautique has evolved so much since I started going. They offer excellent quality Organic hair products for every need. I also love all the additional products available for health and wellness. The Beautique has a tranquil, inviting feel and always smells so good with all the natural oils used in their diffusers. Every stylist at the Organic Beautique is professional and kind. Whether I am getting a quick trim or colour and highlights I always leave this  boutique feeling beautiful, appreciated as a customer and truly as if I belong to a family. I would highly recommend booking an appointment to see for yourself. I would give this location 10 stars if possible, there is no other place I would ever go to trust someone with my hair. #nophotoallowed

A more relaxing, welcoming atmosphere you could not ask for! Vanessa has created a truly down-to-earth, non-intimidating vibe for her clients.  I absolutely look forward to my appointments.  The haircuts are always amazing and the products she uses are second to none!  Thank you Vanessa, for this little haven!

I bought a Groupon and will definitely go back!  The atmosphere is so cozy. The owner is so down to earth and easy to talk to. My hair was beautifully executed  Super happy with my experience!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

The worst salon I've ever had to deal with. NEVER again..got so frustrated, I asked for a refund.  I originally bought a Groupon voucher for this salon and since my purchase over 1.5 months ago, I've been trying to reach them over the phone to book an appointment. I also tried to get in touch online but had no luck.  Multiple calls later and guess what? No response. Ever! Out of over 12 calls I made, I only heard them pick up 1 DAY. Guess what though? They mentioned they were fully booked for more than a week to come. I said I'll call back to confirm what other days I'll be available but turns out it was impossible to get in touch with them.  So I asked for a refund from Groupon as it is unacceptable. I had already tried an option from Customer Service at Groupon, where they said they can try to contact the merchant for me, but unfortunately that failed too.  Something doesn't add up about this place at all and I don't trust it. I'd never recommend for anyone to even bother trying to come here. There's better places out there.

Vanessa is always so welcoming and knowledgeable and provides such a relaxing experience.   I love the organic products she uses...they have made such  difference with my hair!  I will never go anywhere else!
