Very friendly staff had a Swedish massage by Georgia very competent at her job.  Made me feel comfortable sociable and chatty. Would recommend Georgia and I shall return to try one of the other members of staff to see if they are all as good.

Beautiful Spa is beautiful, Myself and my mum had a lovely morning being pampered and feeling relaxed. The staff are really welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a lovely relaxing time.

The staff are always friendly and professional and my daughters and I have enjoyed every visit we have made to the spa. I always feel relaxed and special when I have been for a treatment.

This is undoubtedly the worst beauticians I have ever visited.  I booked it via an internet search as a last minute treat.  What a mistake!
When I arrived I was not welcomed in a friendly manner but just told quite rudely to 'Get into the room.' No-one checked what treatment I was having or introduced themselves. The young girl did not ask to check my medical details and when I questioned this she said 'Oh haven't you been here before?'  She then got a form for me to complete but did not seem to want to talk about this or ask me any type of questions regarding my skin type or my beauty regime (which is perfectly normal when having a facial).  I was left in the room in darkness for about 10 minutes (she switched the lights off as she left) and the room felt cold and damp generally.  The wall had a large mark or damp patch on it and it looked generally uncared for and as if it had not been decorated for some time.
As the treatment commenced there was no calming music and no 'being pampered' feel to the experience.  Indeed, when I was left alone to 'relax' it felt similar to being in a motorway cafe as there was traffic roaring past noisily outside and no attempt to disguise this at all (some music would have probably been enough).  The treatment itself was 'average' and I feel this Beauty Salon is completely overpriced for what it is and it's total lack of customer service.  
All in all this was a very disappointing experience and one that has certainly put me off 'taking a chance' on somewhere new.  My advice - don't book here!

I am the owner of Beautiful Spa, Yaxley and would like to address the previous review. The client attended Beautiful and was very nervous. She was shown to the facial room. She was uncooperative and despite all attempts by our therapist to make the client feel at ease it was obvious the client was unhappy when she arrived (nothing to do with Beautiful). The client waited until her facial was completed (1 hour of (terrible?)treatment) and then left saying she wasn't happy, walking straight past reception and not paying. We were not given the opportunity to address any issues. All in all the review was a very vindictive and written by a very vindictive client.
