Wouldn’t even give them one star. The staff are beyond rude and the prices are ridiculous. Only offer gel colour and charge £26 for infills? Awful

went in to ask about eyelash extensions, because they advertise doing them. Asked one of the men if I could get them done that day and he smiled and said of course and one of the ladies sat doing a customers nails shouted no at me infront of a group of customers and when I asked why, she told me they just don’t. Think you need to update your lists of services, extremely rude.

£60 on a set of nails that took 2.5 hours..... 1 week later they looked awful. They offer a wide range of designs but a bad experience

Had gel extensions done there. Within a week, the colour from the tips had started to chip on nearly all of my nails! Was my first time having them done, she painted them and then walked off, didn't tell me how long to leave them under the drier for. They only take cash payments as well. I will definitely go somewhere else next time.

Awful. Just awful. Had my extensions taken off and had Shallac over the top. Not only did they not completely take my extensions off properly ( leaving acrylic on my actual nail ) they did not file or paint my nails properly. Had this done on monday, it is now wednesday night and the Shallac had almost completely chipped off every nail on my left hand. Never ever will I be returning. They are so consumed with how many go through the door they do not take the proper time and care on the people in there. It cost me £31 for a nail varnish that lasted all of 3 hours. Avoid avoid avoid.
