Always Greeted with a cheery good morning from the counter staff as soon as I walk in the door. Shop seems to be undergoing a much needed overhaul and its looking good so far.nGreat prices and product.nGuys out the in the warehouse are always on the ball and deal with customers quickly and efficiently and always with a smile and a bit of banter.

Ladies at the front desk are very polite and happy to help. First time being in this warehouse and extremely satisfied. Will definitely be back.

Lady at the front desk couldn't be more helpful. Lad with the wee ponytail in the warehouse was pretty grumpy but so would I be with a wee ponytail.

After difficulty finding the right materials. A visit to beatsons had my garden looking exactly how I wanted, the staff were more than helpful and the next day delivery allowed me to complete the work over a weekend. Helpful, friendly service all round.
