Great local pub that has been there for generations and still delivers the goods. Loads of space indoors and outdoors so you can fit yourself in wherever you like. Great selection of lager and ale, and they are always on rotation so you can come back to taste different things! Pub quiz on Monday night is great as well, worth a visit!
Had a great Sunday afternoon/evening yesterday. Very well organised, lovely food at excellent prices, and extremely helpful, courteous, efficient staff. I remember the pub in its many incarnations over the past 40 years, and it has never been as welcoming and comfortable as it is now, and the service is fantastic
I had an all-day breakfast. There was quite a long wait as there had been a sudden rush of orders, but when it arrived it was very well-cooked and well-presented. There are various safety measures in force such as table service and a one-way system.
Popped in earlier and was feeling anxious with the updated government covid regs I'm mask exempt but Sandra and her team made me feel at ease. Nice few pints in a nice environment. Well done all.
As pubs go at the moment this is a basic food and drink pub Greene King. Nice pint of Abbots Ale there though and the wine selection wasn't too bad. Food looked pretty reasonable and the staff were attentive and came to your table for orders. Overall a friendly family style pub that offers a relaxing time spent there.

Very quick service to the table, easy to use app during times of social distancing. Friendly staff and pleasant experience, yet not much availability of vegetarian options at present.
