Absolutely the best massage place I’ve found in London, we’ve been going for years. The staff we usually go to Cherry or Clara give incredible massages- they always customise to the specific issue, always get the pressure exactly right eg my husband likes higher pressure, while I prefer medium - so they really adjust to your needs. I have issues with my lower back quite often and I leave feeling much better every time. Thank you

Thank you very much for the deep tissue massage treatment, it was exceptional to say the least. I appreciate how thorough the massage was and it is clear that Clara truly understands human anatomy and helping someone recover who has quite severe, long term injuries. I have had injuries plague me for countless years but even after one session, I felt a positive difference in the way that I move and feel. I will certainly return when I have the opportunity to do. Thank you truly Clara, I am sincerely grateful.

Re the below review from Ms Michaeli, I was at the reception of the spa when she called and I think it is an unfair exaggeration. I saw that her phone call was answered and she had a discussion with the manager. I understand that she had previously cancelled appointments at very short notice three times without paying the cancellation charge and thought it was perfectly reasonable that she be asked to pay in advance for future appointments. Therapist time is valuable and the cancellation charge is clearly spelled out on the booking form.  I myself have been coming to Kalma Spa for many years and it is absolutely excellent.  All of the therapists are incredibly talented and I very very highly recommend them all.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kalma Spa and booking an aromatherapy and reflexology session with Clara. After going through a particularly stressful period in my life, I was in need of some relaxation and rejuvenation. And let me tell you, I couldn't be happier with my experience.  Clara was not only incredibly professional and skilled, but she also possessed an impressive knowledge of body physiology. She understood exactly how to address my specific needs and provided me with valuable advice on what would be best for my body.  To my delight, the staff at Kalma Spa recommended booking a hot stones massage for my next visit. I can't wait to experience this new treatment and have complete trust in their recommendations.

Today I had a 1 hour hot stone massage with Clara and it was Bliss. Kalma spa is very clean and well presented, and I felt instantly at ease. Clara is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the body, and gave me some great tips to help my posture. Would highly recommend Kalma Spa to friends and family, or anyone looking for a relaxing, and affordable massage/spa treatment.

Very disappointed! I’ve been a loyal customer of Clara for many months and only because one occasion when I had to cancel 2hrs after I booked, they didn’t answers my calls I it was obvious since after I called from another number they answered right away and ‘punished’ me by saying that if I want to book from now on I’ll have to pay in advance. My son was sick at the time a cancelled and I was also unwell. I would expect you to be more flexible and understanding under such circumstances. I’m so upset and disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone because interpersonal skills comes first, not MONEY!

The place I keep coming back to. The deep tissue massage with Cherry is just something else! Every time after the massage I feel the difference in my back, amazing for tension relief.
