Brian has been looking after my Cars for years , And has now Passed his great Motor Vehicle knowledge down to his Son's so I wouldn't think about going Anywhere else. Great Work, with a Fully kitted out Workshop from A/C gas recharge to the Latest Engine Fault finding Equipment, and friendly Family Run Business.
I went to have a lift kit put on my transit.nI had a call from the onwr to advise that there was an issue with the kit and it could be fitted. Fair enough point. When I went to.pick the van up I was charged 254 pounds for taking one strut out and replacing. This is a two and a half hour job and that includes if youre replacing a spring. I did email to ask of the cost was correct as the invoce only said remove and replace two struts. On checking only one had been replaced. My intain email had requested what their hourly rate was . Brian did call. I missed the call. Stating the price was correct. On arriving back after a holiday I gain emailed asking what the hourly rate was . No reply. Partially my fault as I shpukd have asked how much the job would be and what their rates were.nnBut to be charged over 200 ponds for the removal of one strut amd then replace. A bit much. I wouldn't be using them again.nnHence 2 stars.
Excellent service as always, needed aircon, job done within an hour. Highly recommend BC Motors
Brain and the boys run a greet outfit. Great service and reliable.
