I represent a group of volunteers running a community pub in Devon. Times are hard for the hospitality sector as we all know. Recently we suffered serious damage to our Magimix food processor and sent it to BBS for repair. I can honestly say that the service we received was outstanding. We are so very grateful to Martin for his kindness and generosity. This company is an outstanding example of customer service and integrity and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking Magimix products, spare parts or repairs. I’ve just spoken to a very helpful chap there who will supply the parts I need to fix my food processor and has advised on how I fit them. All incredibly straightforward and hundreds of pounds cheaper than replacing the whole machine. Really excellent.
Fabulous service! One phone call to clarify and get an answer to the problem - from the person who answered the phone! Parts ordered same day and delivered the next to London amidst Royal Mail strikes. So impressed!
Fast and friendly service to replace the lid of our Magimix 5200xl. I had a glitch when trying to order online and a very friendly woman took my order on the phone there and then. It arrived a couple of days later. Will definitely use this company again if we need any more replacement parts for our Magimix!
I brought a second hand 5200 on Ebay only to find that the lid would not close when using the grater and whisk attachments. I contacted BBS and a really nice representative sorry I didn't catch your name talked me through the problem diagnosed the fault and ordered a replacement part which came as promised within two days. Absolutely brilliant service and consequently BBS have gained yet another loyal customer!
Really bad service. I said I was feeling uncomfortable sharing my bank details with him and that I wanted to purchase through PayPal and he hang up on me. I could not believe it. Really bad customer service
Over the moon with the prompt and helpful info given to me by a very polite assistant when enquiring about a replacement part for my Magimix which is many years old. I had my doubts as to whether the parts were still available but was thrilled to find they had just what I needed in stock. I actually ordered more than I had originally needed as the bundle offer she mentioned was too good to miss! Absolutely delighted to know my old machine will continue to serve me well. Really recommend this business to anyone looking for spares. Buy with confidence. My order was delievered, even during lock-down, in 4 days - great service, well done & thanks so much.
Brilliant customer servicer from very friendly people. I took our Magimix blender base in to BBS to get a replacement drive cog fitted. Within 5 minutes of starting my 70 minute return car journey I received a phone call saying they were unable to remove the broken cog and they were therefore sorting out a new base unit for us and that if I turned around they would give it to me. They insisted on doing this free of charge. Just amazing and heart warming in these current times. Thank you BBS.
Such helpful staff. I thought my mixer was completely dead but the member of staff who took my call talked me through several procedures to diagnose the problem and saved me so much money. I have used BBS in the last to order parts, and have always found them to be a good company but the level of customer service offered to me today was exemplary and I highly recommend them.
Excellent service. The replacement lid I bought for my Magimix a couple of years ago and hasn't had that much use, split. When I contacted Magimix/BBS they advised me it was within the 3 year guarantee and as they no longer made these parts they would replace it with the new kit. It wasn't in stock at the time, however once it was they sent it to me. Excellent customer service, especially at a tricky time. Thank you very much.
