Waited well over an hour for delivery. We are vegetarian and ordered complete vegetarian food and had 2 portions of chicken wings delivered. Ordered squared pizzas got round. Many things not right. Phoned up the shop and spoke to amir. He couldn't care less. He said I should be grateful I didn't pay for them !! Asked me to give it away and was rude on the phone. Poor customer service. Spent a lot of money. I won't be using this place again. Very disappointed and frustrated. Especially as the evening in question we had guests. Embarrassing. Absolutely horrendous. Please do not use this place. You will be disappointed, very disappointed. Don't believe other reviews about fastest delivery in town and excellent food, these are obviously family and friends !! People like this should not be in business. I genuinely and honestly urge you not to use this place. Don't make the same mistake I did. My pictures show the chicken wings and a receipt. My receipt shows no meat !!

I’m in absolute shock! I have placed an order for delivery and haven’t received one of the pizzas when the receipt stated exactly what I’ve ordered- when I called to resolve the issue I was made out to be in the wrong and have been hung up on, a few minutes later I received a call with one of the staff screaming at me swearing and threatening me that they’ll come over to teach me how to make a correct order, I couldn’t believe what was happening! For a moment I was worried that there will be someone turning up at my place. All I did was call to ask for what I’ve paid for. The business should be shut down or overtaken by someone, the owner is a horrible person no one should be allowed to verbally abuse people like that let alone customers. Strongly advice not to use this pizza restaurant.

My partner made an order of which there was obviously some confusion. One pizza was delivered when 2 were expected, as stated on the receipt that came with the delivery. The manager Amir was then contacted but quickly dismissed my partners comments. I then called and spoke to the same person who proceeded to verbally abuse me (i will not go in to the details of the abuse as this could be the reason my previous review was removed). After ending the call due to constant verbal abuse the manager proceeded to call my partner from another phone number not associated with the restaurant and made multiple threats along with more verbal abuse. I urge you not to use this restaurant as many other people have mentioned the manager is a despicable person.

Dont order! Ive been coming to this restaurant for over a year now. I called about my order being missing- and I've never been spoken to like that in my life I was called many names that I wont repeat and have been hung up on. Never received my order at the end. The owner should not be allowed to speak with customers, I've never dealt with anyone with such poor manners.
