The food and customer service at this McDonalds branch is poor quality. The last time I went through the drive through I was asked to park up and 15mins later I still didn’t receive my order. When we asked they had forgotten! This time the chips are burnt to the crisp! They weren’t even edible- check out my pics
Good amount of Oreo in my McFlurry. Plenty of sauce in my fillet O fish. Chicken nuggets cooked at a perfect crispness. The wait is a bit long even I used the app to pick up and choose drive through. Still had to wait at the car park for the meals to be ready. Small car park but a very busy location. Beware that you might not be able to park there.
Who reviews mcdonalds? I normally wouldn't! Upon entering, Raegen was so warm and welcoming to my little son, offering him a flag and baloon, he then helped him open his new car, which was a present. He even helped us take our food to the table, felt more like a top restuarant service! Lovely guy, the other staff were also very nice and helpful. Thank you.
Had a lovely experience here today, I had the manager, Mo, and the team member, Mina, in stitches of laughter in no time at all. Really good inside, but the car park is far too small. It was very busy too. The food was the same as usual, good.
Staff are friendly and helpful, space is clean and tidy. Food is standard McDonald's, never had any issues! Main problem with this store is the size, it's so small! It is really only accessible by car, and there is not really any room to park and the drive thru is awkward and with the small amount of space not user friendly.
Usual McDonalds set up and menu. However it was incredibly noisy. The music was very loud and the customers had to shout to be heard. It is a small restaurant making the noise even worse. Will not be going back there in a hurry. Parking: Very small area, could easily not find a space.
Woman at the drive through tried to short change me by £10 handed me the change and said bye I had to ask her for the tenner she forgot to give me. Before leaving the drive through I’d asked if everything was there and she confirmed it was all there only to find out when I got home that they didn’t give me 20 chicken nuggets and 2 apple pies. How can you miss 3 items. Tried calling but line is always busy. Absolutely disgusted by the service here. Make sure you check your order because this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Order number 1792 for ref.
It's what you expect, and is on the A41 so easy to access. Food is usual McDs grub usually hot and well cooked, not always perfect but no McDs ever is. The staff are friendly and helpful, and usually smile. It's clean enough but during busy periods gets a bit chaotic. Parking is horrific and during busy periods just a pain. I go here late at night after work as it 24hr and hot food is hot food at 2am! Parking: Usually busy, and a bit chaotic to get in and out as it's quite small
Good standard of food as expected. The orders are regularly short of items. 3 times in a row now. Checking your order is highly recommended at this place.
Ordered online went to get order at counter staff member Annika gave us the wrong order when telling her this is the wrong order, for some reason she didn’t believe us we then had to repeatedly give our order. There was no apology. We wanted to swap a syrup for a different one she refused and told us we had to pay. We said we just want to swap we are not asking for an extra syrup she refused to do this. We repeatedly asked for a manager she said she was the manager we then asked for her manager who immediately came and gave us the syrup. Poor poor customer service by Annika over something very petty!! She should have given us an extra syrup just for getting our order wrong but we were only asking to swap it.
