Topps has been our go-to pizza takeaway place since we moved to the area 2 years ago. We must have ordered at least 15 times and I never expected such poor customer service as I experienced this time. My husband asked for our pizzas to be extra cooked. The special was well done on the top but the dough was completely raw inside, I’ve included a photo. The veggie pizza was supposedly well done too but you can see the difference in colour compared to the special. I could live with the veg pizza if the manager hadn’t jumped at his own defence telling me that this happens when it’s over cooked and there’s nothing they can do. Eventually just put the phone down completely confused listened to the manager’s excuses and that’s 2 pizzas gone to waste. No offer to remake our order or a refund. Completely unprofessional in my opinion and won’t be ordering from here again.
We have ordered pizza from here regularly through the years but the quality and the customer service has just gone down hill. To the orders being wrong and the staff taking no responsibility for it and leaving us with the wrong pizzas. Ridiculous! We ordered chicken tikka chicken for our topping and normally it's red when I called them they asked if it was red I said no they put me on hold for afew seconds said it's definitely chicken tikka and ended the call. The chicken is obviously plain. Pics attached...
delivery drive was very rude on delivery and had a go for a good 3 minutes when he couldn't locate the flat despite giving instructions and there being a map of flats outside the flats and i accidentally had an old number. Awful attitude after spending over £30. Wont be ordering again.
Tops Pizza has been our go to pizza for years when I was living in Pinner, I believe the store from where we were delivered were Rayners Lane and hats off to their taste and service. Recently moved to Watford and ordered from Tops Pizza Watford and it was horrible pizza I ever tasted. It was not properly cooked and felt like a rushed up job. The order was delivered on time so I dont think it was rush time. If anyone reading from there. Please look for quality in your Pizza or your loyal fan base are going to slip through. I am not sure if I will order again from here.
Great taste lovely Pizza, the Crust was so crispy and the Cheese just melted in the mouth. Loaded with Meat and Veggies need to visit this place again.
Horrible customer service keep changing price on the phone and calling back to say extra £3 for delivery We order once for one price and then they change price again and very rude staff
Absolutely disgraceful quality in every way, the dough was disgustingly old and sogy, the person taking the order on the phone tried very hard to hide and ignore our questions for the offers, and over charged until we called back and rectified it, absolutely will not order from them again ever.
They advertise so many offers and promotions on A signe in front and in the window. Get drinks with your pizza. Buy one get one free. None of them apply for one reason or another when you ask for it
One of the best pizza in Watford really delicious and very good customer service and very happy thank you very much see you soon again
