A nice beach side cafe, we've been twice for a full English / Bay watch Breakfast, good quality ingredients provided, generous portion size, very tasty, great views and setting on the beach front, dog friendly.Food: 5/5
Great beach bar and restaurant down on the beach. Staff are friendly and it had a real buzz about it. Good space inside and outside and a really good local menu to boot. Parking: Parking right next to it ina long stay carpark
Lovely little place right on the beach, 2 bacon roll's and 2 coffee were £20 & worth every penny.Food: 5/5
Nice cafe right on the beach. There’s a good menu selection of hot food and seafood and sandwiches. They do good coffee here too. There lots of outdoor seating on picnic beaches overlooking the beach. Good place to get a bite to eat and look at the sea. Public toilets next door.Food: 5/5
Due to it being early, we were the only customers at the cafe. Ordered poached eggs on toast which came out half an hour later. The toast was cold, the poached eggs cold and hard and a very poor response from staff, who have very little training in customer service. What a shame, with a little effort could be so much better. Should of been a half decent meal for what we spent.
Walked in at 11:50, three members of staff behind the bar and no major queue. Asked if there was a lunch menu handy and was told lunch isn’t being served till 12. I’m local and this was my first and only visit this year went for lunch at the much friendlier Duver Cafe. The attitude of the staff is atrocious, they forget they are providing a service
Had dropped in for breakfast on a busy Bank Holiday Monday and to be fair we were not expecting much. We were blown away by the quality of the food! My husband and 2 sons had the full English breakfast brioche which had egg, sausage, bacon, hash brown, mushrooms and tomato. They declared it the best breakfast they had ever eaten and were extra appreciative of the runny yolk. Myself and my daughter had toast. You'd think toast was just toast? But the bread was absolutely delicious. Like bread used to be. Full of flavour and great texture. The coffee was one of the best I've had too. I can't recommend the food highly enough. And as for the view.. Wow! Where else are you going to get to eat your breakfast while watching horses playing in the sea? The view is to die for!
A nice peaceful place. The shop and restaurant has all the essentials you'll need for a days sunbathing. They do some lovely food there. Better than you'd expect. Lovely beach there as well with some nice views. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of things for kids to do. Nice and safe for kids.
Whilst it’s good the place is open inside again, some more thought needs to be given. For example, whilst there’s a children’s menu - there are no high chairs. Not particularly welcoming. Food - had to wait for a while, it wasn’t very busy. Perhaps it’s early season & things will iron out for the summer.
Very disappointed as we planned a walk around arriving at 3.30 as FB stated the kitchen shut at 4. Sadly not today as apparently the kitchen shut at 3.30 : Please could you give better instructions on your FB page. Guess, we will be spending our money at a different venue.Food: 5/5
