Good location in cozy surroundings with great service from the moment we arrived. A bit of a wait between our starter and the main courses, but no great issue as we were not in any hurry. Potato skins starter and main courses of steak pie and chicken supreme with Stilton sauce. A good choice of beers but £5.30p for a premium lager?
Went today with the family for Sunday lunch ,two of us got the small lunch ,one was the standard and my son opted for the parmo,,I can say it was lovely ,no complaints at all ,quick service and friendly staff .
Lovely pub in a rural setting, beer garden was quite festive on a heat wave day. I had a fish cakes from the starter menu and added veg and a side salad which was really delicious. My partner had a gammon steak which he enjoyed

Really pleasant and friendly staff as soon as we arrived. Seated almost immediately and order placed. Sunday lunch was so nice and an option to order sides. Will definitely come again.

Lovely place on a lovely day sat having a checky pint after work what more do you need I life, lovely Joe the owner is very welcoming and so are the bar staf the food looks lovely and homemade Simple things in life are the best
