Nipped in with my wife for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime. We both had the Philly Steak sandwich off the lunch menu which I must say was lovely we both really enjoyed it. Portion size was generous and I got a pint with mine at the cost of an extra pound. Staff are pleasant, food came promptly, pub was nicely decorated for xmas. Really pleased we popped by.
I visited the Bay Horse with my friend and daughter and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. Ciarran the chef is an absolute credit to the place. My food was delicious, the steak cooked to perfection, everything about the food was perfect. Will definitely be back!
Marvellous place for chilling and enjoying good atmosphere in a local boozer, brilliant staff and friendly landlords, food is lovely pub food and great value! Would highly recommend this place!
This is a pub close to my mother's, I have obviously drank in here many times over the years. Tuesday was the first day I'd eaten here for many years, it's was burger day and for £5.99 you got a burger and chips with a drink. I have to say this made me worry about quality! I ordered the triple chicken burger, which was a chicken breast, pulled chicken and a piece of southern fried chicken on it which was superb ! My mother had the surf and turf one beef and scampi which she said was excellent. Overall a superb lunch at an amazing price, staff all really nice and helpful. Will definitely be back, seems like they have a deal everyday.
Great outdoor area, dog friendly. Well priced beer. Great staff, Lindsey seems to be on when I visit and always has a welcoming smile. Good all round atmosphere.
My wife and I had a great Christmas burger meal. A does what it says on the tin kind of pub. Would come back.
