Best car purchase experience ever. Great price, great service, can’t say enough. I flew from Edinburgh to Bristol to make the purchase and I’d do it again. Car is great, as described and couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Daniel.

I phoned the office on Monday and they booked me in on the Wednesday after which was super quick! I had a noise / grumble from the transmission of my Cayenne which I wanted them to look at I was a new customer. I arrived and was greeted immediately and the mechanic, Ash, appeared immediately to take my keys and take it on a test drive. He spent an hour with my car, driving it and putting it up on the ramp to check it over and then took the time to come into Reception and speak to me about what he found.  Whilst I was waiting, two team members offered me a drink and I was kept company by the gorgeous office dog Socks who was very attentive!  At the end of the 1 hour booking, they didn't even charge me. What an amazing 5* service. And the best bit? They didn't know I am also a local garage owner Broad Lane Land Rovers - so I was even more impressed at their fantastic service, especially for a lone female. Really, really pleased and will certainly be bringing my Cayenne to them for all future work and servicing. My wife found her perfect car from Steve Bull Specialist Cars, an older Cobalt Blue Cayman with FSH, 1 owner and the lowest mileage car on the whole of Autotrader.  I visited for a test drive and it was perfect.  Steve bull cars spent over a grand giving it an extra service, new tyres and a few other bits.  It was well worth the 3 hour journey down to buy this car.  Months on the car is still flawless and we'd like to thank the team for their impeccable service.

Customer service from this independent dealer is exceptional. Our Porsche 718 Cayman was not used for many months and the battery fully discharged. Even after fitting a new battery most electrical function would not work. A call to the main Porsche dealer very politely/helpfully answered bring it in and we will fix it - but it's stuck in the garage and will not work... A call to Steve Bull gave the reply we will send a technician to your house, who found it required diagnosing in a workshop environment. Steve Bull arranged to recover the car, yes they managed to get it in a trailer and I witnessed what a difficult job that was. Those guys were so so careful with our car. There is no way a general recovery company would have treated our car with so much consideration. The car has now been fixed using genuine Porsche parts, is working perfectly and was returned unmarked. Absolutely brilliant! from the moment i called Dan to discuss one of his cars for sale, i had the  best experience from a car dealer i have ever had. From the moment I reached out and my many Whats-app and telephone calls with questions about the car and aftercare/servicing etc,  Dan was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He even contacted me on his days off ! It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. The whole team's attention to detail, laid back and professional attitude made it stress free - they go above and beyond in every aspect! Thanks all at Steve Bull.

I have yet to purchase a car through Steve Bull, however when I have enquired about cars they have had for sale or general advice on the Porsche brand, the level of customer service & communication has been exceptional. They undoubtedly deserve all the good reviews they receive.

First class service from a well-established family owned and run business. I had always known of their positive reputation relating to Porsche but didn't realise that they specialise in other marques also, including Mercedes. I have taken one of ours to them twice now and been very impressed on both occasions by their helpfulness and refreshing level of integrity. I took my Mercedes SLC to Steve Bull having been recommended by another garage in Devizes. I spoke to Steve initially who was very helpful,  booked the car in at a time to suit me and gave me a lift to work after I had dropped it off. Everyone was polite, professional, cheerful and helpful and the cost of the service was slightly under the price quoted. No hidden extras or unexpected add-ons. Very pleased with the service I received and will recommend to others.

I bought a Porsche 996 C4 about a month ago from SBC, I was and have been very impressed with the service, and after sales provided by Daniel. Nothing is too much trouble, I had a small niggle with the car but Dan was very prompt in resolving the problem for me. I’d recommend anyone to look to them to buy a sports car, definitely a Porsche. Thanks for all your help guys!
