Very helpful when purchasing the bathroom but the aftersales service is very poor when things go wrong. We received several faulty and damaged parts. Impossible to speak to someone by telephone and emails are ignored. Seems they are only interested in meeting their sales targets... would not recommend.

Really helpful staff, bought a full bathroom suite and it looks great. Their fitting service was expensive but you get what you pay for! Very happy and would reccomend.
