Absolutely amazing vibes, top quality food, staff friendly and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend for any day of the week. Edit: came here again and once again can’t complain Top quality shisha lounge
Very Beautiful interior. Good Place for Hukka. Sound system is nice. Choices of Food.
Amazing food and a really nice place, but the music is too too loud I couldn't enjoy the environment for too long because of that
Shisha was okay, not very smoky. We had frozen blueberry & frozen raspberry today. Parking is free & safe which is good. But the music was a little loud even though we went at 6pm today. Mint tea was good though.
Returning after a while, have been a customer here for over 10 years. The service is now extremely poor, with no attention being paid to what you require and having to request the waiters over 5 times before anyone actually actions what is required. The shisha was also poor and had the wrong flavour bought to me 3 times, despite the order being confirmed three times! It is a nice setting and quite the party vibe, with a live DJ and loud music. The only thing about the music is that when talking amongst friends it's difficult to converse whilst evidently the waiters also can't hear what is being said. Food was surprisingly nice.
Decent vibes. Went to watch the world-cup 22 finals, had to pay £10 entrance fee for a game that is was free to watch on TV at home. They don’t even deduct the fee off your bill. The food is decent and loads of tv’s around and good atmosphere.
Park up and smoke shisha? I’ll take that : Shisha was amazing, the flavour was quality it lasted long. Decent prices. Manager was very welcoming so was the staff especially Dave. Highly recommend.
Been coming to this lounge for a while now. Food and atmosphere has always been on point. Normally we never have an issue. Today however we ordered desserts an hour and half before we planned to leave. We received the brownie but didn’t want to eat until the cookie dough came aswell. We waited over an hour for the second one and kept being told it’s made fresh so it takes time. It doesn’t take over an hour for cookie dough to be made? We sent back the brownie and asked for it to be given with the other dessert as it was a warm dessert served with ice cream which had already melted. After an hour and a half after ordering we still didn’t receive the cookie dough and was about to leave so asked for a refund. At first they refused saying they cannot refund us for both desserts as they have already sent one. But sending one dessert and making the rest of the table wait is unacceptable bare in mind we didn’t even touch the brownie and sent it back. Eventually they did refund us for both but was a hassle. The dj was really good and everything else was an enjoyable experience just a shame the end of the night ruined it. Hopefully will be a better service the next time we come.
Been coming here for years now, before the sheeshas was amazing but it seems the quality of Sheesha did drop but then improved dramatically. Again food wasn't that great before and now food is pretty good. Priced fairly and good atmosphere all round. They have SKY TV so will show sports and music when possible but usually in the background as they have music playing. Remember 1 Sheesha per two people unless you order food but if they are not busy then usually you don't have to worry about ordering Sheesha.
It’s out the area, suburban west around Acton and you can only easily get there by car. The food was okay not great, starters awful, drinks not even a bottle but a can which was embarrassing. Service was good but waiter was ridiculous as didn’t know what rare meant for the steak, not what you expect if you’re selling steaks. Steak was good! Sautéed veg was really good. Mash was nice too and not just microwaved. Mac and cheese was average. Calamari is a strong NO! Stick to the mains and share the sides as they’re large. The score dropped to zero as the waiter want great and they tried seating us in a dark corner when the middle was vacant and came up with silly excuses. Can of Coke for £2.50 at least sell bottles?? And starter platter was worst creation made.
