Stayed in the single room, was a bit odd that there was no window in the room. Room was clean and comfortable but very noisy due to plumbing and the lift. Breakfast was good. Some staff were a bit brief. Overall acceptable

I just called a hotel and came across extramely rude and not helpful receptionist.
She hung up on me! I have asked for the number to the head office and we deal and I was told to google it. When I asked why she couldn’t help me she just hung up on me.

If that kind of service represent your hotel then you need to better train your front desk stuff on the basic stuff

The staff are really friendly.  The lay out of the property is good. 
The swimming pool area is brilliant but the jacuzzi was not working wich was a let down.
The rooms are clean and big and for the price you pay you can't go wrong.
Recommended for relaxing and if you fancy a night away with your partner. ..

Nice area not far from the centre of basingstoke car parking was free. Only lacking in the food department. It had a swimming pool charged at 4 pound and 2 pound for towel usage

It's not changed much in eight years. The room didn't feel particularly clean. The bathroom walls were dirty which I wiped down myself. The restaurant was an exercise in patience. Just shy of two hours. It was a shame really the only person to complain to was the girl doing all the work. The other two seemed to jog through the room and the disappear into the ether. Wasn't the greatest experience.
