Was 3 mins late for flu jag due to lack of parking , was told nurse not able to take you as it's a 5 minute procedure, go figure!? Receptionists don't realise some people have work & everyone in Barrhead isn't unemployed. Need trained on their customer service skills.

Always able to get an appointment friendly staff and doctors.especially the nurses they are great.

Shocking service..can never get appointment when needed and most of the staff need educated on how to speak to the patient 😈
