Normally the service at this post office is very good however the owner is not a capable individual when it comes to serving behind the post office counter. If he is not over  charging you for your parcels , making error in size judgement or putting through wrong service, he is being exceptionally rude by engaging in mobile conversations whilst serving you or at worst making you stand waiting until he finishes his clearly personal phone conversations. He is not efficient with his processing of mail requests often leading to build up of ques and this is always directly related to his continued use of his mobile phone , ignoring customer and talking to whomever it is he has on the line. 
I use this post office on a daily basis and quite frankly dread when the owner is standing behind the counter as I know there will be some mistake or issue....or I will be left feeling uncomfortable as he talks to his mobile device not making any personable communication with myself. 
If it was not for the other young staff members who are very efficient then sadly I would not be using this post office
