I booked a blow dry as I was visiting a friend in town.  The owner did a curly blow dry for me.  It was lovely!  She really knew how to work with thick hair like mine and she was so friendly and charming.  I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.  Oh and they had decaf drinks too!

As someone who has never had hair extensions before I was nervous about my consultation. The team were absolutely incredible, taking time to explain the different types and what would be good for my hair and budget. Had them done yesterday for my Wedding and they are honestly incredible! My wife booked an appointment for her hair to be cut and treated. The hairdresser was clearly no confident and ended up burning my wife’s scalp which led to a lot of hair loss. We took pics and sent it over and the manager very rudely blamed my wife’s scalp health as the reason without even seeing her. He said she needed an avocado shampoo which he wanted to charge extra for despite the fault being the salons. He was very rude and kept shouting despite us staying calm.
