Friendly staff and yogis at this beautifully lit, spacious and well equipped yoga studio. I was made to feel welcome and inclusive with plenty of smiles from all. Warmth from staff and yogis is an important element for me, that all yoga studios should have, but many do not. Thank you
The day I arrived in Edgbaston was the day I started this studio I'm so thankful for their first month welcome offer. This offer helped to explore all kinds of yoga and build confidence to get a stronger mind & body. I especially enjoy the hot and dynamic yoga sessions. Keep the good work and your beautiful Barefoot family
Awful experience. After travelling for half an hour and arriving 3 minutes after the class had started I was refused entry. No grace or compassion for those who may have challenges with time keeping. For example, those with children and other needs. This is not community. This is disgraceful. Do not attend these classes. Look towards community centered companies who consider your needs. Do not give this establishment your money.
Wonderful grounding experience. After the birth of my second daughter, it has taken me 10 months to get back to yoga... to get back to my body... hello body. This yoga class was all about reconnecting with your body and calming your busy mind in a gentle session but slightly challenging for an "out of practice" body. I could feel my body opening up more towards the end of the session. I liked the shape of the session too - beginning and ending on the mat with similar yoga moves. Thank you!
I’ve been coming to barefoot for 3 years. Started as a beginner and have been made to feel welcome from the start. I love Jon Moult’s classes. Not strictly for beginners but there are always options for more challenging postures in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
I've been coming here for a good few years, staff and teachers are lovely . Classes cater for all levels, it's best to try different yoga teachers as they all are very different in styles of yoga. As you walk into barefoot reception, you're always greeted with a smile . I would highly recommend barefoot.
Barefoot is such a great hub for Yoga classes and lovely workshops too. I love that the classes are well taught and structured and I feel great afterwards, my favourites are Charlie's hot yoga and Jon's Saturday morning class. I also love that everyone receives such a warm and friendly welcome & the classes feel rewarding! I highly recommend trying classes and joining to see significant changes in your overall health and wellbeing!
I started going to Barefoot Yoga a few months ago and have loved every minute! Faye, Tania and the team are friendly and welcoming and the studio is always clean & tidy. There is a real ‘community’ feel as well as fabulous yoga classes to suit all abilities. Thank you to the Barefoot Team - you are all amazing
Beautiful yoga studio in Harborne with a great range of classes at all levels. This studio has a really lovely community feel to it, and everyone is so friendly. You're not just another student, and the teachers make an effort to get to know you and talk to you. It doesn't feel competitive or commercial, which some yoga studios can do, and there are good membership options available. I particularly love the hot yoga classes with Charlie, and the weekend classes with Jon!
Went to my first class and it was a wonderful experience. Friendly welcome and studio was beautifully clean. Class was really good and instructor was fantastic. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.
