Staff not very friendly, both seemed miserable and just wanted to go home. Did not get the situation sorted with my online banking. And not really helpful with the other questions I was asking. The girl found something amusing on the laptop and seemed more interested when her friends arrived. As for the young man, I think he needs to learn how to smile and offer more practical help. I have been a customer for many years but now I think it is time for a change
Been a customer for 38 years. Haven't been able to get onto my online account in months thanks to that ridiculous PINsentry machine. Been trying last few days to get the app but my application keeps getting knocked back with no explanation as to what's wrong. By comparison I opened the Co-op Bank app in 8 minutes having been a customer for 1 day Ironically I went to my local branch an hour ago to withdraw my funds and close the account...only to find the branch was long gone. Now have to get to Hull just to shut the account once and for all. Used to be such a good bank up to around 2007. Been in decline ever since
Thank you for providing an excellent service, very lovely staff at this branch who respect people from all backgrounds regardless. Sadly I had to change banks as the staff at Beverley Barclays do not respect disabled people like myself chatting to their friends and staff while I'm waiting 15 minutes to be served. What should of took me 2 minutes at Hull to deposit money at Beverley it took me 20 minutes as the staff can't be bothered to do their job accurately and professionally at the Beverley Branch.

Waiting to put money in to my account to be told to go learn how to do it my self very arrogantly because they won't take my money over the counter. Would of been nice if she offered to show how the machine works. Any way much nicer staff down the street at natwest

I know that there are not always staff there during this current situation we are all in, but I find the new floor machines are brilliant for when you need a large amount of cash. Most of what I need to do can be done on these machines. MM
Visited reluctantly after having a very bad experience at Barclays on holderness rd, did not start well with the large queue at the tills with only 2 members of staff on the floor, after eventually getting to the gentleman at the till and explaining we wanted to open a account for our daughter and our issues at holderness rd he input some details and sent us upstairs to wait an advisor. On getting upstairs one came free immediately,Andrew who we saw reinstated our confidence in Barclays. Apart from the lack of staffing on the ground floor I would recommend visiting this branch as the staff are fantastic
Slowest service on the counter, stood waiting over 30 minutes for a 2 minute transaction all because they are trying to replace people with machines that can only do half the job. Then the staff have the gaul to be rude to you. Joke of a bank, company uses it otherwise I wouldn't waste my time here.
No staff. Meet and greet asking Very personal questions in full hearing of all . To my 2nd que. Didn't even know what a Standing Order was. Should not be meet and greet, when complained I was told she's new. Really Barclays. Waited nrly 30 mins still not seen 2 queues. Stand in one of your queues as a customer and listen and learn
