Absolutely appalling customer service from Angela Bradford. Attitude was disgusting. Would never recommend liaising with her as was completely non-understanding, ignorant and rude. Different information which was misleading from customer service team who set up the appointment to Angela who conducted the appointment and seemed very fed up at having to relay it to me again!!

very friendly and helpful staff never had a issue yes sometimes you can be waiting but that is due to the design of the place with only two customer servicing points and the business desk you can not blame the staff for head office nor spending money on better premises

Rubbish. 7 people in the queue, one till open only. I am second in the queue and I have waited 20 minutes in the queue. When I was taking out the money for her, she actually told me if I have the money ready before my turn, then there shouldn't be any wait. I asked her, so I should have thoundsands of pounds holding in my hands while I am queuing???? No queue managing system, only one staff who was rude, no other banks I go to come anywhere as bad as this by miles!

Regardless of previous posts, I have always found the staff pleasant and helpful. Have been using this bank for years with no problems.
