Been to this bank to pay in money to my personal account and had no issues. Yet today I tried to change over old pound coins to new ones and change over 1p's & 2p's and was refused. Reason given - this is bank is for business customers only. SERIOUSLY, no mention of this on the website. Really poor customer service

Good freindly service but sometimes long ques 1 in 5 chance of ques. The short opening hours really lets down customers

This is a commercial bank and not strictly open to the general public though they do have a cashpoint inside which you can use during opening hours.
