Not the best experience, limited to usually 1 counter staff whilst the other staff patrol the floor encouraging you to use one of the many self service machines instead of queueing. This seems to create a lot of resentment in customers who are often quite vocal about it. Sadly the same as many other banks in that we're actively discouraged from visiting branch or encouraged to use self service instead of dealing with staff. The irony is that if the staff on the floor directing people were serving at the counter, then there wouldn't be any queues, nor would there be any ill feelings. Only visit if you really have to, and be prepared to have to wait
