I tranfered to this bank 8 years ago and found them to be some of the most helpful people ive ever come across. The bank itself is very easy to navigate at the entrance to manor walks

This has got to be the slowest bank I have ever been in. What is the point of having staff on the outside of the tills that can't do any thing for you. More staff needed at busy times, I was next in line and it took 15 minutes to get served. The staff in this branch are more than useless. If there is no improvement i will close my account.

All staff are lovely friendly caring and understanding of all my health conditions and what to do & know my family so can contact them they have always helped me i would not bank anywhere else x
