Stayed in Travel Lodge on 1st August and found the Bar Grill was off the reception, looked clean and discount for guests was inviting offer. The bar staff were friendly and helpful and there was a great choice of food on the menu. At 6.00pm it was not too busy and the food was serviced up in a only a short time. It was well presented and looked appetising. Waitress was helpful and asked if there anything else I wanted or needed. The food tasted as good as it looked, from recent experience it was better than a mixed grill from a Harvester restaurant. From my experience the Bar Grill offers Great food, Great price, Great staff. I Would certainly visit again I do agree with other reviews about the services - nightmare on the roundabout just to get in.

Been here a few times now, staff friendly and food very good. Had fish today and it was freshly battered. Worth a visit.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service, food very tasty and very good value. Well do e bar and grill, if you are staying at the travelodge I would recommend you eat here.
