Went to C.A.B there really helpful. The lady was lovely, pleasant and very helpful
We had clean beds and toilets, but the rest of the house was not clean at all dust EVERYWHERE. We also had no hot water on the upper floor for the first 2 days nor any working smoke alarms. When we notified the owner, help did come. There is also plenty of room for large groups and Belper area is incredibly nice but the overall dirt/dust/mold/mustiness does make it a less nice stay. Perks such as a BBQ and sauna also turned out to be a dissapointment - the BBQ has never been cleaned after previous use and is almost covered in all the plants and the amber of the wood in the sauna makes it look as if there have been several brutal murders in there.
