It's okay. It definitely needs updating. The price does not reflect the facilities which look worn out. However, it's not bad, the staff are lovely and welcoming.nnI can't say the same for the coffee shop, which I have been told is managed externally. The girl there had an attitude. She really needs to learn some customer service skills. She seemed perfectly fine when talking with her friend who was visiting from Primark. I won't be ordering a drink again if she is there, she seems the kind who would spit in your drink.

I joined originally in Orpington as we were moving down here later on in the year. I love classes so it seemed like a good value. The classes in Orpington were fantastic but, unfortunately, I can't say the same thing down here.nnPilates is designed for aged 60+ I think as they don't challenge me at all I'm 37.nnIf you're a Yoga person and like light strechy Yoga, you'll love it, but if you're looking for a nice flowy Vinyasa - forget it. Just once a week on Saturday morning and I still wouldn't mind a harder class.nnIf you want to do Spin, there's half decent choice but none on weekends apart from Virtual which is a bit boring. The instructors don't seem to tie the beat to the speed though, so you end up climbing a hill to a song that suggests you should sprint, which defies the whole purpose of the class.nnGym is OK - you can use the one called Just Fitness in the shopping centre if you want a good gym and pay a lot less if gym is your thing.nnI'm looking forward to use the steam & sauna in winter though.nnI hope other classes are better - these are my go-to classes normally so I can only speak for my own experience.

The staff are rude, my step son had a bad run in with Ahmed, abusing him, following him around the gym, then they suspended me, now banned me altogether saying i swore at Ahmed i dont swear in public. The head office did not ask all 3 of us in to have a chat, appalling place and the price too. The only people are nice are the cafe staff and the cleaners. Im going to a different gym now better people and nice staff. Good luck if your a member there. Worst place ever

I came for a massage after freezing my membership due to 3 herniated disks, when I got here I wanted to use the sauna, but unfortunately my massage didnt include it. Both Charmaine and Stuart were incredibly helpful in saving me from paying extra and really went the extra mile to get me unfrozen so I could use the sauna again. I am extremely appreciative of both their kind and wonderful service and their understanding. Such incredibly friendly and helpful members of the team at Broadstairs!

Had a trail day here as I wanted to join but the showers were disgusting, rusty and full of lime scale, didn't look clean at all. The pool floor  under the water was full of dirt. For the price they expect for memberships you would think the facilities would be a lot better. The cheap gyms that are local to this are much cleaner and the equipment is better.  Definitely needs updating.
