Ignorant man be careful..... . Met the not so very nice Geoffrey a cpl weeks ago looking a replacement rubber seal for cassette toilet. He took a seal out of storage and right away I pointed out it wasn't the same as the one I had taken out. And insisted it was and grunted at the lad in the work shop Google this to see how it's fitted after causing slight damage. I paid 30 pounds for this seal which would have cost 15 on amazon. I thought a man with his experience would have known more about the seal. After a weekend away I went to empty contents and it run out all over the place contacted him and he said he would need to see toilet I said I would be over in 10 minutes. On arrival he wasnt there out on a breakdown.allegedly some of staff confused at this stating he never goes out on breakdown. I took the rubber seal out and left it thinking a would get my money back but Geoffrey contacted me saying I wasn't getting a refund. I said I should have gone to amazon. This is an ignorant man glad it wasn't a bigger issue ie motorhome are caravan
Left my van in with Geoff to check it over thought I felt slight bit of damp went back a week later to fetch it was amazed what he done excellent work done was not charged a penny even though it was under guarante would recommend this company to anyone cheers Geoff
Hi guys just bought a second hand caravan from the lovely Geoffrey, a very nice man to deal with, there was a few thing that needed to be done to van but sure enough Geoffrey sorted them for us before we left also we left our remote controls for our tv in our old van but good old Geoffrey posted them on to us so I would definitely be returning and will highly recommend him was so helpful thanks again xx
A very pleasant experience dealing with this company. The staff were friendly and made our purchase a stress free event. The boss did exactly what he said would. First class.
Fantastic place if your looking a caravan in top condition, 1st time buyer and Geffory went over and above to ensure everything was covered, the wee caravan is in top nick, he even stayed open late so we could collect the caravan, went over everything from the front to the back of van, any questions was never too much, if your looking a caravan with quality Bann Caravans is the place to go
