As a person with a fear of dentists who had not visited one in 8 years i can honestly say Dentist Tim Lindop and Nurse Lisa made me feel at ease. They were friendly and professional  and i cannot recommend them highly enough. Tim took the time to thoroughly explain to me what he was going to do before beginning which took a lot of my anxiety away. After explaining my concerns Tim was very patient and understanding and the injections i received were very gentle. An excellent dental practice with exceptional staff, i wont be going anywhere else in future.

I went to see Tim Lindop as I haven't been to the dentist in about 5 years. Dentists usually scare me!  Tim was great, very calm and explained everything to me. He was very chatty, which put me at ease and I felt very comfortable as he checked my teeth. He also managed to take off the glue from a bace I had over 16 years ago, which no dentist has ever done. I now have very smooth teeth and feel more confident smiling because it looked like a stain on my front teeth. His dental nurse Lisa was also very lovely and chatty and smiley! This is a dental practice I will be returning to and have definitely found a gem of a dentist!

I have been a patient at the Bank cottage dental for few years now and I am extremely happy with the experience I get with every visit.

Having a slight panic and fear of going to dentists all my life, going to the Bank cottage Dental makes the visit so much easier.

On arrival to the Dental practice you are greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff and your dentist, hygienist and the dental nurses make me feel relaxed during my visit.

Reception staff are very helpful and will do their up most to allocate you the earliest appointments possible. 

I truly would recommend Bank Cottage Dental to anyone including children because of my experience regarding service, professional care and procedures.

I have been a patient at Bank Cottage Dental for some years now, I can safely say they are the best in Bristol and I truly mean that. 
Having suffered pain and poor dental treatment before at some other practices, I was relieved to find that Bank Cottage were a class above all the rest.

From initial booking of appointments the staff are always polite and welcoming, the dental nurses, hygienists and dentists are extremely professional providing accurate information on procedures, costs and treatment plans.

As a Father of two young children, I want them to be in a safe environment, I can certainly say that Bank Cottage Dental provide that environment which is why we are always prepared to travel 40 miles as an all-round trip for each visit.

Thank you Bank Cottage Dental for giving me my smile back.

Excellent service provided. Dr Hichens took time to explain in detail the treatment being carried out & why it was being done. The treatment itself was done with extreme care & attention. The staff were all friendly & professional throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice.
