If I could give less than one star then I would. Horrendous service, terrible customer service from the receptionists. poor poor poor!

had a overly painful filling done a year ago, tooth didn't hurt before it was put in loads of pain since, having to go and get it checked out again today. got to the point where i just want them to take it out now. at least the dentist that did it does not work there anymore

Speaking about the service of my dental hygienist, I have a brilliant service from Alla, who is always kind and helpful, helps me with advice about keeping teeth in tip top condition. The practice is busy, the location is superb for me - loads of parking in the Bradley Stoke car park.

The location is good, premises are good, my dentist id excellent, on the first occasion the dental assistant was average to good, the second visit the new assistant was awful, appeared to have been in an accident the previous evening, did not know what was what when the dentist asked, dropped items of the floor.
The reception service is appalling, I have turned up for 2 appointments to be told I do not have an appointment even though I produced the appointment slip they had provided, attempted to phone to check an appointment, goes straight to answer phone with option book an appointment or cancel then through to automated machine. The new receptionist (Maureen) is just plain rude and really doesn't care. The redeeming factor is my dentist, pleasant, competent and caring.

Extremely bad telephone appointment services. Tried several times to take appointment no one picking up..
