Staff unfriendly. Missed my train because the ticket man/train dispatcher did not know anything about my train and was unfriendly selling my ticket. Train left 2 min early and was not labelled portadown on the train and on the board. Very upset with the service. Not the first time this has happened. Got the next train, but very disappointed.
