A bit strange for a library to not have a single book for learning English. And here you are not going to be able to be in silence. Lots of noise, people talking as if they were in a bar and children shouting without the parents saying anything. Nothing positive apart from the organizers' chairs which are comfortable.
I really love this library from the selection of books it has, to the atmosphere and the facilities. It loses two stars though because there’s nowhere quiet you can go to get your work done; occasionally you’ll get some peace on the top floor at the back but the school teens come in to chat and giggle making it extremely difficult to concentrate.
Great place to study or write with spacious areas for various disciplines. Coffee machine and excellent toilets always clean in my experience. Very helpful staff. It loses a star because a lot of the doors and floors are very noisy!
An excellent resource. One other few things Bangor has going for it. Helpful and informed staff. Decent services. Comfortable and relaxing.
Renewed membership that had lapsed. Was done very quickly.nSeemed a quiet and restful place to visit.
