Not the best children selection of books. One of the staff members would benefit from customer service skills beginner level training as she snaps at people. Feels very old fashioned compared to other libraries, hopefully things change in the future as it has potential
Such lovely helpful staff. Nice relaxing atmosphere here. Loads of different sections. Stacks of computers so you don't feel rushed. Fantastic children's library. And of course thousands of excellent books .
Today I needed to have documents scanned and sent by email. This may seem a really easy task to many. I don't have a laptop nor scanner in my house. Full marks and big thanks to the staff member who carried out the job for me in Armagh city library. She did it with courtesy and kindness, and did not make me feel silly!! I appreciate your time and effort. R.White.
I love this library! The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very old fashioned & socially conservative exprctations of children using the library. Feels like the place is stuck in a time warp, new blood please.
