I have to say, regretfully, their customer service and fitters are not fit for purpose. Within weeks of fitting new wooden floor it started to come apart. I pleaded with them to rectify the problem and despite many promises the issue was not resolved. Rogue traders what they are, unfortunately kindly go to a reputable place and spend similar amount but get a much better fitting and service.

Absolutely atrocious the manager mahir was a complete and utter dick instead of giving me a full refund he proceeded to offer me mcdonalds vouchers. He kept banging on about how he doesnt care about me as a customer as he is 'finacially stable' but these days hes only putting in £10 petrol, which might i add is pocket money from his dad.

Bangla carpets do have some quality products. However, the fitters they use and the customer service is diobolical and scandalous. I have learnt my lesson the hard way. I bought good quality expensive wooden floor for my sitting room and passage area but unfortunately the fitting was really poor. Within few month the wood started to slide and move around. I pleaded with the owner to fix the problem but didn’t go far. He offered me to refit the whole thing again at a reduced price! Unbelievable😡 I have called the owner countless times and even begged him to fix the issue. Any decent business would have done anything to rectify the problem but as over a year has passed and yet no resolution to my problems, I have been compelled to write this honest be it an unfortunate review of shoddy workmanship and disgraceful business practices. I sincerely hope others are better served. Please be wise before departing with your hard earned cash.

They have very good quality carpet & Furniture in affordable Price. but I fitted liner on my kitchen and bathroom but fitter quality is very poor, I my linner is not fitted properly there is a lots of bubble on the floor and most the side are coming off from the joint otherwise they are very good, specially customer service awosome. I contact them few times and let them know and they said they come to fixed it , but didnt take any action.
