Great Thai food! For starters, we had the Boulevard platter and the 1/4 duck. The duck was a favorite wrapped in pancakes with Hoisin sauce, the Satay and fish cakes were also really good. We had several curries as main courses, all flavorful and very tasty! The food would warrant five stars in our opinion, the service is more along the lines of three. Not rude but rather abrupt, and we had to hold onto our plates to be able to finish our meals, before the waitress whisked them away.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This restaurant delivered prawn crackers with sharp plastic in it which made me choke and very unsafe. As a result I didn't eat my food as I was worried about what was in it. I sent pictures to Deliveroo and still have the prawn cracker with the plastic substance in it but the restaurant denied the incident and didn't give a refund. Absolutely disgusting treatment of a customer who has been there a number of times. Will be taking this further, in the meantime I highly recommend not eating here!!! They do not care about customers and clearly think it's acceptable to serve them plastic.
Terrible experience here, the second time I got a takeaway I live a couple of doors down I found a whole shiny brown cockroach in my pad thai container.. after already having a few bites. I was extremely unhappy and took the container back, only to be told after a reasonable apology that didn't feel that sincere that they would not refund me what I paid for the food. They offered to cook me another pad thai but at this point I had A lost my appetite and B never wanted to eat here again. Place looks clean and inviting, and is often busy when I pass by, but this was just unacceptable and I hope this review is seen by some potential customers. No refund is just a complete p*sstake after finding a stomach churning cockroach in the food I was just eating!
I'm not sure if it's because I had tofu that it wasn't good because other reviews seem good. I had tofu satay and tofu cashew. The tofu in both dishes was dreadful. Really spongy and flavourless. The satay also had some veg that was poor. The cashew tofu was in a very watery sauce. I usually have these dishes if I order in but as I live so close to here I thought I'd give it a try but won't be going back.
Very disappointing local Thai takeout, ordered prawn currys very watery with few poor ingredients, the sticky rice had congealed in the plastic bag making it impossible to eat. The ribs marinade was more like a bright red dip. There must have been artificial additives or something strange in our meal giving us achy limbs, sleepless night and upset tummies. There goes our Saturday!! Awful place :
Just had the worst spring rolls and king prawn tempura ever. The spring rolls tasted bad, like they were old and the prawns were tasteless and soggy... tempura is supposed to be crispy! The rest of the order was average food, I do not recommend this restaurant.
Best Thai meal i've had in quite sometime. Attentitive, polite service. I Really couldn't have asked for a better meal out. Will definitely be paying the Bangkok Boulevard another visit very soon!
Just order tofu pad thai with crispy duck and pancakes. I was expecting quality food but instead recieved very average food that lacked taste. Won't be ordering from them again.
Had a set menu that included a glass of wine. Excellent value for money!!! Even with a bottle of wine it was £50 between 2 of us! Food tastes amazing! Very friendly and attentive staff. Can't wait to go back!!!
The best Thai takeaway I've ever had in London!! Green and massaman curries are great!
