Bancroft Garage is fantastic! The staff are super friendly, honest, and know their stuff. I am a new driver and no any experience. For some reason, my car is difficult to operate. It is my second time comeback to the Bancroft helped check out the problem and did full service. Then it was getting me back on the road again . The best auto service centre experience! very trustworthy and fair prices hard to find garages like these nowadays. Super friendly staff, great communication and always get the job done.
I broke down clutch on Mile End road and panicked called up Bancroft and he taught me how to move the car without the clutch once i drove to Bancroft i didn’t have enough money yet because i was still awaiting to get paid the owner of the garage said it’s fine we will wait and once i got paid managed to fix the car fitted in a new clutch the hospitality there is amazing he made sure i got good service there and went above and beyond not to mention he does a amazing job in MOT probably the best mechanic in the area very understanding and gets the job done i definitely would recommend going to him to get ur stuff done he does everything and don’t even worry about ur car being in the wrong hands because they take care of your car
Absolute 10/10 experience at this garage!! I have had an ongoing issue with my car for a long time and have either been turned away from other garages or quoted high figures to get it fixed. I was recommended this garage by a good friend and from the moment I contacted them I knew I was in good hands. I spoke with Bex through the entire process and he was incredibly helpful, kind, was able to locate the issue immediately and was clearly extremely knowledgeable with regards to how to fix the issue! He went above and beyond to locate a part that was no so easy to get hold of and once it had been delivered, he was able to take my car in the following day and he and his team fixed it in speedy time! Issue resolved! AND as if that wasn't good enough, he managed to get it all done for me at such a good price considering what I had been quoted by others! Bex, thank you so much to you and your team for everything. I will definitely be back to you guys when it comes to car stuff. Best experience with a garage ever! As a female it’s hard to go to a garage without worrying that they’re just going to take advantage of you. I went to this garage just after visiting another garage that quoted me £2000-3000 to fix something that wasn’t even broken. Beks immediately proved his expertise on my car and explained that the issue I was having is usually caused by something a lot more minor than what the first garage told me. He was so friendly throughout the whole process and kept me informed with exactly what was going on. He had my car fixed so quickly and even suggested that I can come back anytime if I felt anything weren’t right. I’ve had my car back a while now and it’s perfectly fixed. Extremely happy with the service from this garage!! Would highly recommend for friendly and trustworthy service!!
First time bringing my car here and already feel like I can trust the people in this garage to get my car right. Came to see a quick problem with my engine and Bex checked it real quick and even topped me up with anti freeze. Really appreciate what he did!
These guys are great! Super friendly and really know their stuff. They got my car fixed up and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Prices are fair and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend if you need a reliable mechanic!
Used this garage several times now. The head mechanic is an expert and will tell you the potential of further problems and extra costs before he starts. They charge a little bit more than the other local garages but they use quality parts and have excellent service. They also fixed my car within a day even though they had to replace most of the suspension assembly. Will definitely be back.
Becks is such a good mechanic , he done an amazing job and as a female I was scared to go to a garage incase I was over charged but he never his prices and the work he done on my car was amazing!! He even explained everything so well to me where I don’t know cars he told me everything I needed to know and what he done to my car. I already can’t wait to go back to get my service done already.
