Absolutely love this garage, Pat and Ian are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. They keep us informed of costs before any work is carried out so you're never in shock when you pick your vehicle up. Highly recommended garage, always a 5 Star service.

A longstanding local business with good customer service and workmanship, I would recommend RW Autos.  I bought an MOT failure from a well-known auction site, a Ford Galaxy, which needed some welding, some suspension repairs, brakes, an exhaust, etc, etc.  Quality of workmanship was very good. They did all the work necessary within the space of a week, which considering it was the week in between Christmas and New Year was quite good, enabling it to pass an MOT in time for a trip to France.  The price was acceptable.  Crucially, they were the only garage I contacted who had the welding capability and could do everything under one roof and for a fixed price - others relied on external welders whose prices wouldn’t be known until they had started!  RW Autos had that expertise in-house.  As I say, they did it all well.  Sadly I wrote the car off three weeks later…

Ian was an absolute godsend. Charged me a really fair price and went above and beyond to help me. Not only was he really friendly, he took the time to explain in detail the repairs required which was a great help. I would definitely recommend and will be back for all my future necessary car repairs. Thanks for your help!

I highly recommend RW Autos. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, even though I’ve moved away from the area, as the service is always high quality and I feel they are very trustworthy. I had my car battery changed with the really friendly Ian! Literally called up and he came out to my car to change it. Was really speedy and reasonable price! Would definitely come here again.

I had my Mitsubishi Outlander serviced here and also had 2 tyres replaced. I can not recommend RW autos enough. They did their job perfectly and on top of that all the personnel were so polite! Even if I didn't live around this neighborhood I'd still make the effort to bring my car here for MOT or any repair.

If you care about your car and want to hand it over to a trusted garage - these guys know their business!  Great guys who have been in business for over 20 years and it shows! Dean, Ian and Pal are all super knowledgeable on German cars, from service suggestions to even advice on modifications to go for or avoid depending on the model. When I thought I needed a full service they actually checked the service log book and help me realise I only needed a brake fluid change and not a full service - they helped save me a £ instead of fooling with around, that’s a worthy quality to have in a mechanic!  Serviced my BMW with them, had a problem with alignment and they fixed it together with an MOT and brake fluid change in under 3 hours with the shop full of cars. Very confident with them.  Don’t get discouraged with having to go into Congestion Charge zone as their prices are very reasonable even in comparison to giants like Halfords or Kwik-Fit. Bear in mind chain service stations do suffer from slacking service!  They fully updated the iDrive system service history and walked through the whole works they have done.  Very friendly, handed the car over in a clean state. Had some good nuggets like an M4 in there so they for sure know what they are doing!

First MOT here, so simple from booking in person, dropping the car off, to pick up a couple of hours later. Straight forward friendly team, thanks Ian and gang.
