At BAMI, all our baguettes are freshly baked and prepared to order, along with summer rolls, spring rolls, pancakes, salads, rice, vermicelli noodle, Pho and Bun Bo Hue soup bowls.

Our recipes combine the most common yet distinctive refreshing ingredients which are gastronomically renowned traditional Vietnamese street food, including fish sauce, soy sauce, vermicelli noodle, fresh herbs, lemongrass, mint, coriander, star anise, cinnamon, lime, bird’s eye chili, to name but a few so as to create a healthy-eating and well-being concept and more importantly minimal use of oil, low fat, fresh ingredients to maximize personal health and vitality, the balance between fresh herbs and meats creating a fine taste.
