If u are in Preston and u wanna go out don’t think to go to this place and spend your time , no customer service, unhappy stuff, no experience, Racist stuff and dronk bar manager. I have to leave for there shity service and ruined my night for the first 10 mints I spent with my mate at this BALUGA Bar.

Really nice place. Firstly I've been there a couple of times and the door staff have been calm and welcoming. Will say entry is a bit over priced at £7 on a Saturday. Think £5 for a place like that is reasonable? The place is really nice inside with top quality leather and carpeted VIP booths and the service by the staff are exceptional. Must say a lot of the times he booths do get occupied by people who may not have paid for them. Maybe it's a lounge area too but I'm not sure. Mainly sensible people seem to visit this place as I've never come across any negative activity or fights as such. Will recommend any groups or couple or anyone to try it! It has two floors and both floors are really clean and always plenty of staff making sure everything is going smoothly.
