Night manager today 02:10 am 26/02/24 useless. Paid for two large cokes and got mediums. Went in to ask why this was and if they could top them up and he was just rude saying a machine does it so no. Also said the difference between a medium and large is the ice. If there was more ice it would have been a large. Incompetent, rude and shocking customer service skills. I choose this McDonald’s over the rest in my area because of Nikki. She’s always so kind and chatty with us. Shame she wasn’t working tonight might have had happy customers leaving. .
Joke of a branch. Order food for delivery via the app, two of the five items missing. Queried with the delivery driver and told to ring store. Rung the store and was told to come back for the items - what is the point of a delivery. Told to request refund via app - no obvious facility to do so. This is not difficult to read an order, put said items in a bag and deliver them.nnIf anybody at the local store cares about reviews, try to do better.
It's really bad quality! It's really bad.....nThere is a cheaper place to go!! But, cheaper doesn't mean quality!nMy burger was dry and old, my cheese bites what I love taste like it's from last week !!nFor you understand... my fingers don't get wet, oily, or anything! No napkin needed or toilet!nMy experience was bad, and believe it, isn't the first time !
I'm really disappointed about the commercial road McDonald hot chocolate. Worst hot chocolate i have ever drunk, not recommended the hot chocolate here, but the chips is okay
All good was nice and hot and as advertised. Our order was ready in less thAn 5 minutes. We are in, the area was clean and the staff cleared the tables if those too lazy to do it themselves. It's a busy branch with a drive through, it's possible to order on the McDonald's App and get your food delivered to your table, you can also preorder on the way so it's ready when you get there. It's worth having the App as you earn points and get freebies and get offers too.nStaff here were all polite.nParking is available but at peak times you may struggle to find a space
