We bought our campervan from Balmoral Motor homes .Their customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them .

Bought Benemar 231in in Julyreturned to have mot done plus fault on window and habitation door. All work carried out professionally and punctually. David and his staff very friendly and helpful would highly recommend

Recently had a solar panel fitted to our campervan.  They explained exactly what they were going to do and van was ready on time.  They explained how to use the app for the control and they did a very neat job.  We were very pleased with it

Balmoral Caravan and Motor Home Servicing Repairs Damp Repairs  Had a problem with damp. Panels inside and timber replaced.Floor repaired and full re seal outside. Could not tell there had been so much work done inside. Brilliant workmanship and helpful friendly service. Highly recommended.

Bought ‘Bluebelle’ the berlingo from Dave and Gill recently. Smashing people, brilliant service and the team there are lovely too! As for Bluebelle - she’s a joy! Thanks all at Balmoral

Highly recommend, they went above and beyond for me ,excellent service,wouldn't deal with anyone else.

This firm will RIP u off stay clear. Told us we needed a new lock on fridge . Luckily found someone who fixed it within one minute it had been put in wrong way nothing wrong with it .wanted our van in to fix switch on toilet when asked how long they needed  van replied how long is a piece of string. Charged us over£500 for a new leisure battery and a habitation check  which they said was £100. Couldn't  risk taking it back to them .

This is by far the most reliable, knowledgeable and friendly service we have ever found for our motorhome. We've been using them for many years and have always been thrilled with their work and I definitely can't say the same of others in the area. Would give it 6 stars if I could!

Just booked our motor home in for a service, for the first time, and they were very professional and were very helpful, I shall report back after our service
