Despite my fear of the dentist I've had quite a few bad experiences!, I'm in great hands and feel very comfortable here. The staff are very friendly and professional. I see Dr Danya, who is extremely dedicated and patient. She always goes the extra mile to keep me informed/put me at ease. I can't imagine going anywhere else! Thoroughly recommend.
Dr Danya Sbano is a very good dentist and always takes the time to explain what is wrong with my teeth, the necessary procedures and what to expect/be aware of. She’s very diligent, patient and professional. While it is sometimes difficult to book an appointment, this demonstrates the popularity and professionalism of the practice. I would recommend Danya and her colleagues to anyone looking for dental treatment in central London.
Time dedicated to consider my condition, the doctor was confident and spent time to thoroughly explain the recommended treatment plan. Balham dental care practice has first class doctors as well as very approachable admin staff. Nothing but praise for this dental practice.
Can never get an appointment and i would say 50% of my appointments are cancelled because of 'family emergencies'. Been going 5 years but now looking elsewhere. Loved the female dentist but she left over a year ago now.
I initially came to Balham Dental Care for a second review, however, I was so impressed with the level of attention and care, that I ended up making BDC my primary dental practice. What stood out most was the fact the dentist I saw went out of her way to explain the condition of my teeth and gums, the underlying reasons, what it meant, and the different options ahead. The fact that the time was taken to help me build this understanding is what makes me place trust in the practice. Thank you!
This dentist used to be good. My family have been going to for years. But quite frankly, from constant cancelling of appointments to nonchalant staff- it's really gone down hill.. I recommend looking elsewhere!
Extremely professional. Always very busy , but never compromising. Great dentists, great nurses, it’s all very well run. Been going for 5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Very bad client care and attitude. They ended up pointing out a huge problem with a min £10K bill after 10 years of regular checks and apparently right after becoming a private dentist . So what were they doing in last 10 years on their check ups?? Really bad !!
Expect to pay £20 on top of the standard X-Ray price just to have it sent to you by email most expensive email I've ever received. After two calls and several unanswered emails I had to go in person in order to get a refund for an appointment I had cancelled many days in advance. Reception staff were close to useless: very bad customer service. Won't go again, neither my wife.
Came here for a checkup and fillings and saw Dr Rouba Sbano. Was seen on time and received great care. She was conservative in her treatment, took lots of time to explain everything in great detail and all treatment options to me. Dr Sbano was very gentle and the tooth has been great since! Will definitely return!
