I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the entire team at Progressive for any dental treatment. I went in for Invisalign, whitening, and cleanings, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Patel is extremely thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the process and ensuring I felt comfortable and confident throughout my treatment. His attention to detail and patient care really stood out, and I always felt supported. Thanks to his expertise, I’m incredibly happy with my results and will continue to visit this dental practice. Simply a perfect experience at Progressive Dentistry! I had lingual braces and composite bonding done and the entire team were amazing through the whole process. They were very helpful with any questions I had and gave well informed advice, & additionally were very prompt with email/call responses and last minute appointments. Could not recommend enough! I have been going to Progressive Dentistry in Fulham for 10 years now and in my opinion they are the best dental surgery in all of London proved by the fact I moved to East London and still make the trek out to Fulham to go to Progressive Dentistry!  Dr Patel is an incredible dentist who is extremely skilled, patient and kind. He correctly my extremely crooked teeth 10 years ago and has looked after the welfare of my teeth ever since. I will not trust another dentist after experiencing such skill and kindness it’s no wonder he keeps winning dentistry awards! He is also very reasonable and only recommends treatments that are actually needed with the aim to save your natural teeth and smile!  In addition, Paula on reception is always helpful and welcoming and does her utmost to take care of me and find me emergency appointments when I need them which is always so appreciated! She is also a kind ear when I am feeling nervous!  This is by far the best dental surgery in London and I won’t be going anywhere else!

Always a great experience at progressive dentistry. Dr Nissit does an amazing job, is very warm and friendly and I trust implicitly which I cant say about many dentists in London . Paula at reception is amazing too, such a warm welcoming presence, and very knowledgeable and great at her job. Highly recommend this dentist.

I have been going to progressive dentistry since 2017, and even after moving to the other side of London, and then Brighton I continue to travel to Fulham because of the exceptional care they provide! Over the years I’ve had aligners, regular check ups and hygienist appointments and even emergency broken teeth fixed with the upmost professionalism and skill : everyone on the team from Paula to Nissit are always friendly, knowledgable and truly care about their patients! I started using Progressive Dentistry in Fulham since January 2023. My treatment programme began with Dr Patel. Invisalign treatment and tooth bonding. Dr Patel explains it all very clearly and honestly. As someone who gets nervous at times I was always reassured. I highly recommend Progressive Dentistry.

I first attended Progressive Dentistry in 2016 specifically for a lingual brace, but had such a good experience I signed up as a member - which I believe represents amazing value - and have been a happy customer ever since despite it being nowhere near the closest dentist to me! Each visit begins with a friendly catch up with Paula, who's always flexible with my ever-changing schedule, and I feel in very safe hands with Dr Patel. I particularly appreciate his 'minimal intervention' philosophy and their investment in new tech, which I've personally benefited from. I've now got a smile I'm delighted with and am fully confident in my oral health. Thank you!

Thanks to Dr. Nissit Patel exceptional skills and genuine compassion, my visit was a breeze. The front desk staff made me feel very welcoming. I highly recommend them and definitely will be returning for all my future dental needs.

Today it was my last day of treatment and  i am very happy with tye results Dr. Patel is a great professional he has lots of patience for his patients I did invisalign and whitening  my teeth and i am very happy with the results.
